EXPANSION INTO THE US:
SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA

-- Yogen Früz USA Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company has
completed a Master Franchise Agreement with Two Towers Inc. for
the San Francisco Bay Area, in the state of California, U.S.A.
This agreement extends to cities with a middle-to-high income
demographic such as Berkley and Walnut Creek.
The Company, who recently announced a Master Franchise Agreement
with Titan Group Inc. for Northern Florida, is continuing its
aggressive expansion program by entering the San Francisco Bay
Area with a strong regional partner in order to quickly penetrate
this territory. "We are particularly excited about the flagship
location, which will act as our showpiece outlet for northern
California, commented President, Aaron Serruya.
Yogen Früz expects to open in the San Francisco Bay Area by the
end of December, 2007 including a location at
Three
Embarcadero Center, Ground Level,
in the heart of the financial district. Over a five year period,
a target of 35 outlets has been set for the region.
The Company will be showing great momentum in the future as it
continues to complete new master franchise arrangements in the
United States, Serruya said. We believe that both Florida and
California will experience the same high level of success that we
have achieved in over 20 countries around the world.
