Calif., March 12, 2008—TeamLogic IT®,

repair businesses, announces its first international expansion
with the recent award of a master franchise agreement for the
United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The agreement was
awarded to Michael Osborne and Allister Crawford, both of Belfast.
Their first TeamLogic IT location has officially opened in
Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The master franchise
agreement calls for Osborne and Crawford to own and operate a
minimum of one company-owned location and to then build a
franchise network that will consist of a minimum of 25 locations
throughout Ireland and the U.K. in the next five years.

offers strong corporate support in marketing, sales, business
planning and training and we’re very excited to bring their
business processes and technology to Ireland and the U.K.”
Allister Crawford has
owned and operated a company in Belfast called User2 Computers. A
portion of the User2 business is to provide IT services to small
businesses throughout the Belfast market. This services business
was spun off to build the first TeamLogic IT business. “We could
clearly see that the growth area of our User2 business was in
services and not in selling product,” said Crawford. “We are
excited to fuel this growth by following the proven operating
systems from TeamLogic IT and to start offering their SystemWatch
managed services solution which will really differentiate us from
all local competition in this market area.”
According to the
Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Irish report, one in ten of
the adult population in Ireland is either actively planning to set
up a new business or has recently done so. This level of
entrepreneurial activity ranks Ireland fifth of the twenty-five
OECD countries that participated in the GEM project. 1
